The Vineyard Shopping Center has the largest number of stores at this intersection. If this was a covered mall, it would likely be one of the largest shopping malls in the city. Anchor stores are Super Target, Whole Foods Market, Gabriel’s Wine and Spirits, and Office Depot.
Although I’m not a retail store expert, the largest number of stores provide services the health and beauty category of services. Red Fish Blue Fish Urgent Care Pediatric Clinic provides medical services for children. There is a dentist, a chiropractor, a vision center, and skin rejuvenation services.
Here is a video tour of The Vineyard Shopping Center.
The location of the Vineyard Shopping Center makes it a convenient location for the surrounding communities such as Rogers Ranch, Sonterra, Deerfield, The Vineyard, and Timberwood Park.
I may have missed a couple so verify this information to make sure it is correct. The developer for the shopping center still has room to grow. I have seen prospective renderings for the area that show an
additional number of building for stores in the center. There is a new building being constructed between Whole Foods Market and Copenhagen Furniture.
Here is a list of the stores in the Vineyard Shopping Center as I think they sit today, December 14, 2012.
I’ll get to the other corners to provide additional information before the year is over.
